Our smoke exhaust device is equipped with advanced automatic sensing technology, which can accurately sense the laser cutting position and instantly turn on the corresponding smoke exhaust function. At the same time, the system will intelligently turn off the smoke exhaust in non-cutting areas to achieve fully enclosed smoke control. This design significantly increases the suction power, ensuring maximum smoke removal, creating a cleaner and healthier working environment for users.

Finally, the customer also experienced the high performance of the hydraulic press brake and plate shearing machine. This hydraulic press brake, equipped with the TP10S CNC system, is a high-precision, high-productivity torsion-axis synchronous press brake suitable for bending a variety of sheet metal. By utilizing a variety of upper and lower mold shapes, the machine can bend a wide range of workpiece shapes. The slide can bend sheet metal into shape in a single pass, and after multiple bends, even more complex shapes can be achieved. With the appropriate equipment, punching operations are also possible. This shearing machine utilizes circular motion, and the pendulum shearing machine’s blade carriage is arc-shaped. The tip of the arc ensures straightness in the cut material, making it particularly suitable for shearing thinner metals and significantly reducing costs. The customer believes this shearing machine provides a simple and efficient sheet metal cutting experience.
