3) If the cooling speed of the CNC laser welding machine is too fast, the temperature of the cooling water should be adjusted on the fixture to increase the water temperature.
4) If the flow rate of the shielding gas is too large, it can be solved by reducing the flow rate of the shielding gas.
5) The workpiece is not cleaned. In this case, the workpiece needs to be cleaned again.
2. Insufficient penetration of fiber laser welding
Causes & Solutions:
1) Lack of laser energy: improve pulse width and current.
2) The focus lens is not the correct amount: the amount of focus and the close focus position should be adjusted.
3. Unnormal black laser welding seam
Causes & Solutions:
1) When the airflow direction of the shielding gas is incorrect, the airflow direction of the shielding gas should be opposite to the direction of the workpiece.
4. Weakened flame during the laser welding process
Causes & Solutions:
1)The shutter may be not completely repelled. We should check and lubricate the shutter connector. So that the connector can be mechanically smooth.
2)The main optical path laser may have deviated. We can adjust the total reflection and semi-reflection light of the main light path, check the developing paper, and adjust the dots.
3)The cooling water may be contaminated or the cooling water has not been replaced for a long time. In this regard, we should replace the cooling water, or clean the UV glass tube and the xenon lamp.
4)The laser will not be output from the center of the copper nozzle under the focusing head. Then you’d better adjust the 45° reflected light to make the laser output from the center of the nozzle.
5)If the focusing lens or laser resonator film is damaged or polluted, it should be replaced or cleaned in time.
